TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Asana Wellness. By using our website, creating an account, booking a class, or purchasing a pass, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.
  • Please provide accurate details when booking so we can confirm your place and contact you if needed.

Booking classes

  • Classes can be booked through our website up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Each class has limited capacity. When a class is full you may join the waitlist, and we will contact you on WhatsApp if a place opens up.
  • Each person attending a class needs their own valid pass.

Passes, packs and memberships

  • Passes and packs are valid only in the calendar month of purchase and do not carry forward (see our Refund Policy).
  • Payment is currently made manually by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa). Card payments will be added in future.
  • A booking is only held once payment has been confirmed. We do not hold places in full classes without payment.

Health and safety

  • Yoga and related practices are physical activities. Please consult a physician before beginning if you have any health concerns, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
  • Let your teacher know about any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class so they can support you.
  • You take part in classes at your own risk and are responsible for practising within your own limits.

Studio conduct

  • Please arrive a few minutes before class, silence your phone, and be respectful of teachers and fellow students.

Changes

  • We may update our schedule, teachers, class offerings, and prices from time to time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Asana Wellness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or use of the studio, except where caused by our negligence.
