How are you arriving today?

Every body walks in carrying something different. Tell us a little about yours and we'll suggest the classes that will meet you where you are.

Here's where we'd start you.

Weekday classes before 7pm are ladies only. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor first and let us know when you book.

Every class, in plain words

Our classes fall into four families. If you're brand new, the first two are made for you. The bars show how hard each one works you.

Who's in the room

Most of our week is for women only, so you can practise in a space that feels completely comfortable. The 7pm classes and everything on the weekend are mixed, so you can come with family and friends of any gender.

Ladies Flow is always held in a women-only room, whatever the day.

How booking works

Every class is booked online in advance, so your mat is ready when you arrive.

1

Choose a studio

DHA or Clifton. Both have the same calm, plant-filled feel.

2

Pick your class and time

Open the booking page, choose a class from the schedule and reserve your spot.

3

Use a pass or drop in

Try one class for PKR 2,500, or buy a class pass and book as many as it covers.

4

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early

Settle in, meet your teacher and set up your mat. We practise barefoot.

Please book before you come. We can't guarantee a mat for walk-ins, and our favourite classes fill up.

Which pass is right for you?

Your first class, answered

The questions almost everyone asks before they come.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No. Flexibility is what yoga gives you, not what it asks of you. Every teacher offers easier and harder versions of each posture, and you always have permission to rest.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that lets you move and stay covered as you prefer: leggings or joggers with a fitted top, or a long tunic over leggings. Fitted is easier than loose, because it stays put when you bend forward. We practise barefoot, so no shoes needed.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a water bottle. Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are all here.
I'm not sure I can get up and down from the floor.
Start with Chair Yoga. The whole practice is done seated or holding a chair for support. It's our gentlest entry point and wonderful for stiff knees, back pain, older bodies, or anyone who has never exercised before.
I have a bad back, bad knees or high blood pressure.
You can usually still come, and yoga often helps. Tell your teacher before class begins so she can adapt postures for you. If you're pregnant, have recently had surgery or have a serious medical condition, please check with your doctor first and let us know when you book.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't do free trials, but you can come for a single drop-in class for PKR 2,500. If you love it, we'll put that 2,500 towards your first class pass.
Can I use my pass for any class?
Yes, any class with any teacher. Just pre-book your spot on the website. Annual members can also use their pass at both studios.
